The Make Media Lab is a student-run video and photo lab, with the purpose of assisting students, staff and faculty with ASU-related video and photo projects. This includes videos and photos for class projects, crowd-funding campaigns, and Innovation Showcase. The student staff can help you in the lab; additionally there is a limited selection of equipment that can be checked out.
The lab also supports video courses offered through the Graphic Information Technology program. Current and past students can check out cameras, microphones, tripods and other equipment for class projects. The equipment is also used in the classes for students to learn on.
Get professionally produced videos shot in the Make Media Lab for projects, including product videos and videos for crowd-funding, such as Kickstarter. Students enrolled in a GIT video course can check out cameras, mics, and tripods, while other students, staff or faculty can check out one of our high-end Nikon point-and-shoot cameras.
We can take photos of class projects and products, as well as professional portraits. These can be used for a variety of purposes, including Innovation Showcase materials.
